  11. - Added the TopVote program. Put it in your TOP.MNU to force users to
  12.   vote the questions which they didn't vote before. To see the results
  13.   they have to go to the real votedoor..
  14.   TopVote only uses the -P:, -N: and -NOS parameters. You can create
  15.   a THI_<language>.ANS/ASC/AVT and a TBYE_<language>.ANS/ASC/AVT screen
  16.   to show when firing up and closing down.

  41.   two more commandline parameters which you have to use if you want to

  82. The VoteConf.exe converts the old quest.dat to the new quest.dat structure.
  83. If your questionfile is named "Vragen.dat" rename it to quest.dat first.
  84. After that, just run the VoteConf program. The old file is renamed to
  85. Quest.Old.. Not only are the question converted, the question and answers
  86. are also cleaned up. If, after cleaning up, an answer is empty, the votes
  87. on that anwer are tranfered to "Something completely different", the
  88. hardcoded answer 0..
